Hello, I’m Tom, a passionate piano technician serving Connecticut. I am a Certified Piano Technician through the APEX Piano Technicians Network, and my dedication to delivering top-quality tuning, repairs, and servicing reflects both my technical background and lifelong love of music.

As an engineer by profession, I’ve always been drawn to figuring out how things work. But my love for music runs just as deep. Growing up in a musical household with two parents who were musicians, I was immersed in music from a young age. I played several instruments, including guitar and saxophone, but my true connection with the piano began when my wife and I purchased a piano keyboard for our son. Curiosity led me to teach myself how to play, and with my wife’s guidance—who’s a talented pianist—I discovered the joy of playing the piano.

What excites me most as a piano technician is the blend of my engineering skills with my musical passion. I enjoy both playing the piano and understanding the intricate mechanics that make it come alive. This dual perspective fuels my commitment to ensuring every piano I work on sounds and functions at its best.
